Park Avenue Armory

Description

Designed by architect Charles W. Clinton and constructed in 1880, The 7th Regiment Armory is a National Historic Landmark. As part of a 200 million dollar Capital Renovation, Nicholson & Galloway was hired to perform the following work:

• 6,000 square feet of new flat Kemper roofing system
• 600 square feet of new Kemper gutters
• 2,400 square feet of insulated plywood and underlayment
• 2,400 square feet of new copper roofing
