Description 

This iconic structure is a New York City Individual Landmark and a National Historic Landmark. Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to perform an exterior restoration of this mid-century masterpiece, including the following scope of work:

• 50,000 square feet of Sponge-Jet abrasive cleaning
• 500 concrete patches
• 65 Cintec Anchors in dry-drilled core holes
• 8 locations shored and cut entirely through Rotunda walls and patched
• 50,000 square feet of Mapei Coating
• 1,000 square feet of new stucco
• 2,500 square feet of American Hydrotech Waterproofing
