Alred Lerner Hall

Designed by Bernard Tschumi, Alfred Lerner Hall was constructed in 1999, is the student center of Columbia University, situated on the University’s historic Morningside Heights Campus. Nicholson & Galloway was hired to perform the following work:
- 27,000 square feet of new Siplast modified bitumen roofing system
- 8,000 square feet of new precast pavers set dead level
- 900 linear feet of new galvanized railings
- 920 linear feet of new Siplast paraguard copings
- 550 linear feet of new Siplast gravel stop
- 11 new smoke hatches
- 28 new skylights
- 675 linear feet of bird proofing
- 2 new ladders
- 120 linear feet of new precast stone bullnose
