Private Residence

Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to install an ornamental brick, terracotta and stone façade for a new 4-story private residence in Greenwich Village. The work included:

• 27,000 square feet of filled CMU
• 22,000 square feet of air vapor barrier and Roxul Insulation
• 210 linear feet of Halfen Lintels
• 12,000 square feet of 2 wythe brick fabricated by Peterson
• 2,400 square feet of ornamental brick screens
• 3,026 pieces of terracotta
• 1,800 square feet of granite cladding installation
• 360 square feet of stucco cladding
• 1,360 square feet of aluminum cladding
