The Roosevelt Hotel

Description

The Roosevelt Hotel was constructed in 1924 and designed by George B. Post & Son. The large sloped roofs at the top of the hotel and the 3rd floor roofs failed due to age and Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to perform the following work:

• 18,400 square feet of new torch applied insulated roofing
• 1,000 square feet of brick replacement
• 20 new louvers
• 1 skylight demolished and enclosed
• 100 linear feet of steel spandrel beam reinforcement
• 40 windows replaced
