Details:
2004-2007: Four year interior fire cleaning project using Arte-Mundit latex poultice system from Belgium. Over one-million square feet of surfaces, including limestone, granite, brick and Akoustolith tile were cleaned. System involved spraying latex rubber on surfaces and, after drying, peeling off the latex along with the dirt and fire soot. In addition, Nicholson & Galloway performed extensive restoration and low-pressure grouting of massive Guastavino vaults.
2008: Replacement of sixteen thousand square foot batten-seam copper roof including new gutters, plywood deck, wood battens, and all new red copper.
