Details:
Nicholson & Galloway over a two year period replaced 53,000 s.f. of existing failed roofing with a new Siplast Torch-Down Modified System. Tapered Lightweight NVS Siplast Insulation system was installed over all concrete decks. In addition to new roofing, N&G installed 11,000 s.f. of Protean Insulated Metal Wall Panels at new bulkheads. Sixteen conical shaped copper skylight bases were custom fabricated by N&G and installed along with Sixteen Aluminum round skylights fabricated by Fisher Skylight Inc.
