Details: First year of three year exterior restoration of marble Landmark including complete repointing with lime mortar, complete cleaning using steam and detergents, installation of hundreds of marble dutchmen, replacement of over twelve-hundred linear feet of marble balustrades, restoration of all bronze windows and grills, replacement and/or refurbishment of all roofs, and conservation of all statuary.
