Details: Between 1998 and 2001 Nicholson & Galloway performed a complete exterior restoration on this Art-Deco masterpiece located at One Wall Street. The scope of the work included cleaning 100% of the exterior facades, replacement of 250 limestone panels, some as large as five feet by five feet, and replacement of all roofs on the building with IRMA roofs with pavers.
